Marketing Disclaimer
Last updated: 10 October 2026.
1. Where this applies
This disclaimer forms part of every Habi advertisement, social-media post, email, message or other marketing communication that links to this page.
2. What Habi is today
Habi is a private beta for exploring fractional Israeli real estate. It offers no securities, accepts no money and makes no allocations. Projects on the site are demo illustrations; some draw on public information about real developers' projects, with no affiliation or endorsement.
3. Not an offer
Nothing in a Habi communication is an offer to the public to buy securities, or a request to make such an offer, under the Israeli Securities Law. Any future offering would be made only through the documents the law requires, and only to the people the law allows.
4. Not advice
Habi's content is general information. It is not investment advice or investment marketing under the Investment Advice Law, and not tax or legal advice. It does not consider anyone's personal situation; speak to licensed advisers before any decision.
5. Figures and forecasts
Returns, prices and dates are targets or illustrations, not promises. Market data and past results do not predict future results. Property values can fall, payouts can be late or lower, and property holdings can be hard to sell.
6. Third parties and dates
Mentions of developers, projects, indices or other websites are for information only and imply no endorsement. Figures are correct as of the date they were published and may since have changed.
7. Marketing emails
Habi sends marketing emails only to people who agreed to receive them. Each one says “פרסומת” (advertisement) at the start of the subject line, names the sender and lets you unsubscribe at any time.
8. Outside Israel
Habi's communications are aimed at Israel. People elsewhere, including in the United States and Canada, are responsible for checking their own local rules. Nothing here is an offer where making one would be unlawful.
